Sales Support Coordinator -Industrial Products
Chromate Industrial – Bohemia, NY
The ideal candidate will support the sales force in various districts throughout the Eastern U.S. Work in tandem with sales agents ensuring customer satisfaction and account retention.
• Responds to customer inquiries and requests
• Solves problems proactively and makes front-line decisions to provide superior service
• Assists in growing accounts through the sale of additional items from Chromate product line
• Previous experience at handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a proven sales
• Assesses customer needs and provide information about Chromate's full line of MRO products
• Continually looks for new ways to delight our customers and improve service; encourages repeat business; proactively engages with customers to identify new needs and opportunities
Requirements
• Efficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Goldmine experience a plus
• 2+ years of MRO or Industrial Sales experience
• Ability to understand product applications
• Cold calling experience a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and phone skills
• Relationship-oriented with the desire to join a winning team
