CIC 200™ Pro™ (Pro Drills) and Quad Point™
Drills -- Proprietary configuration of mechanics length,
135° split point, ground flats, nitro-carburized margins and gold oxide
finish.
Countersink --
Designed for countersinking holes for centers, flat head screws and
rivets.
Cobalt -- Heavy
duty cobalt drills designed to develop extremely high hardness and
excellent abrasion resistance.
More adaptable for tough, high temperature drilling applications.
Double End --
Fluted and 135° split point on both ends. Primarily used in sheet metal
industry.
Extended Length / Deep-Hole
Drills -- 12" overall length drill with 135° split point.
Glass and Tile Drills -- Specially engineered for drilling glass, tile, mirror,
ceramic, brick and masonry. Carbide tipped for durability. Spear point
reduces cutting pressure for cleaner holes.
Jobber Length (Standard) -- Ordinary twist drill of normal length, usually with 118°
point.
Available in fractional sizes from 1/64" to 11/16", number sizes
from 1 to 97, letter sizes from
A to Z and metric sizes from .35 to 12.50.
Jobber Length (Heavy Duty) -- Higher strength alloy than standard jobber drills
incorporating a 135° point.
Same size availability as standard jobbers.
Black Beauty™ Masonry Drills -- A longer lasting, faster cutting drill which can be used with either a
3/8" or 1/2" rotary or percussion drill motor.
Smooth-Bore™ Plastic Drills -- Precision ground 60° point assures smooth, gradual penetration without
cracking, chipping or grabbing when breaking through plastics, acrylics,
fiberglass and laminates.
Reamers --
Spiral taper frame and steel reamers for enlarging, finishing and making
precision holes in sheet metal, frames, tubing, alloy and stainless steel
sections.
Reduced Shank --
Drills with diameters larger than 1/4" or 3/8" that have the shanks turned
down to
1/4" to 3/8" in order to be used with portable hand tools.
Screw Machine (Stubby) --
Same as standard twist drill except shorter length for better rigidity.
Suitable for use with hand tools and widely used in drilling tough, hard
materials.
S&D (Silver & Demming) -- High speed steel drill 6" long, larger than 1/2" in
diameter with
1/2" shank and 3" flutes.
Supercut™ Spotweld Drills -- High hardness cobalt steel allows greater drilling speeds than standard
high speed steel drills. Abrasion resistant alloy. Spur point removes spotwelds, screw heads and rivet heads
without damaging panels behind.
Step Drills --
Most useful for jobs requiring multiple-diameter drilling.
Tri-Carb™ Solid Carbide Drills --
Designed for use on heat-treated, hardened material up to 65 RC.
